The room was not clean and when I asked the staff to check me out they said they couldnt and that they will not refund me for any part of my stay. I stayed only 6 hours and could not sleep in the bed so I booked another room"

"Well maintained property. Room was ice cold at check in like 60 degrees. Got sick after the long 6 hour drive. When I called the front desk, they sent a male staff member to help with the clean up. I apologized to him, as I know it wasn't ideal or pleasant. He just looked at me and walked out. Could use some staff training for making staff feel comfortable and welcomed."
