Guests can contact us by email. The apartment comes with a Spanish-speaking caretaker. Normal working hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays and 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. The caretaker is there to keep the apartment clean. Additional hours and services, such as cooking, ironing, and babysitting, can be arranged if needed, but must be paid for. There is also a management team in place to provide 24/7 concierge services and on-site assistance whenever needed.
