Located in the heart of Sorrento, just 500 meters from the main square and a relaxed 10-minute walk from the beach clubs and pier connecting to Capri. Only 50 kilometres from Naples. THE PROPERTY INTERIORS EXTERIORS

The yard of the property is partially a Typical Mediterranean vegetation offers protection from the pulsating atmosphere of Sorrento. A modern pool in pietra serena offers a wood pool deck as solarium space for sun loungers. The gas BBQ is near the kitchen entrance, and an utdoor table offers the possibility of aperitifs and grilling by the poo. The estate is spread over three floors. The basement houses the fitness and spa area, while the ground floor has the living rooms, the kitchen and one bedroom. On the first floor, there are most of the bedrooms and in the Annexe, attached to
the main building, there is the last bedroom with an individual entrance and a private living room in one space with a kitchenette. The lift connects all the main building floors.
