The Primary suite is a serene retreat, with a private balcony, a walk-in closet, and a spa-like en suite bathroom complete with a a walk-in shower. Each of the additional bedrooms is generously sized, providing plenty of space for family, guests, or a home office. Step outside to a beautifully landscaped backyard, ideal for entertaining with a spacious patio, lush greenery, and room for outdoor dining and relaxation. The property also features an outdoor dining table with a fire pit. Our home has convenient access to the beach, local shops, and restaurants.

Getting Around:
Our home is just a short 5 min convent drive to the beach. A great beach to visit is Fletchers cove. Getting around Solana Beach is convenient and relaxed, with several transportation options to explore the town and its surroundings. The town’s small size and pedestrian-friendly layout make walking a pleasant way to experience its neighborhoods, shops, and beach areas. Many of the town’s attractions, including Fletcher Cove Park, the Cedros Design District, and nearby cafes, are within walking distance of each other.
For those looking to travel a bit farther or explore nearby areas, biking is also popular, with several bike lanes and paths available. You can rent bikes from local shops, making it easy to enjoy the coastal route along Pacific Coast Highway.
Public transportation is available via the North County Transit District’s Coaster commuter rail, which stops at the Solana Beach station, offering easy access to nearby cities like San Diego, Encinitas, and Carlsbad.
