"Lovely condominium located right on the beach. Private balcony overlooking the water with beautiful views. Easy access to the beach. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Air condition with basic essentials. Highly recommend."

"Bed unmade with sheets taking a long time to drive. We were able to find fitted sheet and pillow cases with marker stains (but clean). Only 1 towel available. Rest were in dryer with sheets and were unable to be dried. Property could have stood some extra cleaning (sandy, leftover food in fridge/freezer, plates/cups needed a bit more thorough washing as well as bathroom, etc). The host was very speedy in his responses as well as apologetic and did try his best to resolve the bedding situation...

"Everything ran smoothly! House had what we needed and close to the beach and pool. "

"The first thing you notice about the house when you walk in is the great clean smell and comfort of the air without the high humidity. The house is a perfect size for my family of 4 with 2 adults and 2 teenagers. All you need for a great stay is provided. There are beach chairs, beach cart, and boogie boards plus 2 coolers. We only used the cart to take our stuff to the bottom of the steps in the morning and to bring it back in the afternoon. The house is located in a low-key area that is not so...

"What an amazing stay! We picked the location for its proximity to the beach and it didn’t disappoint. Our hosts were excellent communicators as well. 5 stars!!"

"The beach access is fantastic!! House was very clean and well equipped. Loved the outside shower. Beds, linens were very comfortable. Overall, a great place to stay! Some maintenance items need to be addressed: 1. Downstairs tub drain does not drain well and needs to be cleared. 2. Downstairs tub handheld sprayer leaks-needs to be tightened. 3. Master showerhead pipe is not attached to the wall at all. 4. Third tread from the bottom on the upper stairs is loose. This is a tripping hazard. "

"The house is incredible and served our family well. We had all ages from 6 months to adults and it worked well for everyone. Nicely appointed inside and out. The pool area was the favorite. Nicest house in North Topsail as far as we could see! Rebooked for next year."

"Stories By The Sea is a great property. Situated right in the beach, it is beautifully decorated and offers stunning views. The house is well appointed and EVERYTHING is labeled for your convenience. We had a wonderful time and hope to return next year."

"We had an amazing time here. It was our first time to topsail. The host was very easy to talk to and he helped with everything we asked. The place was very nice and cozy. I loved that even though it wasnt oceanfront but it still had a beautiful view on the balcony of the ocean. Enjoyed having coffee and watching the sunset. Had everything you need for vacation. The property was also wonderful. The pools were great and great access to beach. Would love to stay again. "

"John's condo at the Villa Capriani is a great place to stay. The facility was very clean and has everything that's needed to stay except food However. The Splash restaurant has great food with a variety of food to suit everyone. Located facing the ocean and overlooking the pool area makes it a perfect place to stay. The Villa Capriani gives you security with wrist bands to get in and out of the pool area. Topsail is a great place to get away and relax. I would highly recommend John's...
