This updated condo is the perfect place to call home during your beach vacation! The main living areas feature an open concept layout. There's plenty of seating for your group between the living room and dining area. The kitchen has been renovated with granite countertops, subway tile back splash, and stainless steel appliances. It is stocked with the essentials that you'd need to enjoy a meal in during your stay, and is open to the living areas so you don't have to feel closed off from everyone else. The primary suite has a comfortable king size bed with it's own bathroom. The second bedroom includes a queen and twin bed.

The best feature of this unit is the balcony with ocean views! It's the best spot to start your day with a coffee while enjoying the relaxing view and sea breeze.

Guests will have full access to the entire condo, balcony, and community areas including; pool, putting green, and grilling area. There is a locked owner's closet for our storage, but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the condo.

We provide a parking pass for one car in the lot located at the condo complex.
