As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a spacious living area that exudes comfort and tranquility. The large windows flood the space with natural light, creating an inviting ambiance to unwind after a day of beach adventures. Have a restful sleep after a day of adventures in our comfy beds. Rest assured, we've taken care of all the that you need. Linens, pillows, and towels are provided, saving you from the hassle of packing those items. You'll find ample storage space with hangers and closets to keep your belongings organized. Stay comfortable year-round with air conditioning throughout the unit.

The basic kitchen is well-appointed with modern appliances, including a fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, and kettle. Whether you're a seasoned chef or simply looking to prepare quick meals, you'll find all the pots, pans, dishes, and utensils you need for cooking and dining.

** We provide the cookware and kitchen essentials; please plan to bring or purchase your own cooking oil and spices

** The living area includes a flat-screen Smart TV with cable and plenty of comfy couches and chairs.

** The sofa bed is also available for additional guests.







The 2 bathrooms feature a shower and tub combination. As a thoughtful touch, an essential starter pack of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and toilet paper awaits you upon arrival. Feel free to use them during your stay, and if you run out, you can easily find replacements at nearby stores.

● Covered and Outdoor Pools

Enjoy access to both the covered and outdoor pools during your stay. The covered pool is heated and available year-round, making it a great option even during the cooler months.

From October through April, the covered pool is the only pool open. The outdoor pool is expected to reopen around mid-May.

During the off-season (October to April), the pool is open daily from 9:00 AM to dusk (approximately 7:00 PM, depending on the season) in accordance with Onslow County regulations. Please note that swimming after dark is not permitted.

During the summer season, pool hours are extended from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM.

Please note that, as a private unit, we share access to resort amenities with our guests. The availability of these amenities is subject to maintenance schedules and seasonal closures, which are beyond our control. We will inform guests of any closures as soon as they are announced by the HOA, but these closures will not result in any compensation. Thank you for your understanding!

The St. Regis resort is currently undergoing upgrades and maintenance. As a result, views may be temporarily impacted depending on the location of ongoing construction.

The area offers a variety of outdoor activities, including kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, and boating, with nearby Topsail Island being a popular spot for these pursuits, complete with rental shops and guided tours. While North Topsail Beach is quieter than some other beach towns, it still offers plenty of dining options, from casual seafood shacks to upscale restaurants, as well as local shops that provide beachwear, souvenirs, and essentials.
