"Concerned about the room. It smelled of mold. Couldn’t really sleep because of the smell and got a headache. There was a a damp rid dehumidifier container on the floor by the AC that was filled with water. I’m assuming something may be wrong with the AC but the smell is very noticeable when you walk in."

"We had a great stay after a 12-hour drive. The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge after a long day on the road!"

"Good hotel with friendly staff. It met our needs perfectly for a one night stay. We came for the concert and this place had a comfy bed and free water which is always a plus. Would definitely stay here again."

"Hospedagem dentro do esperado. Café da manhã deixou a desejar. Quarto limpo e espaçoso."

"Upon checking in their credit card machines was not working. The clerk needing to contact software support, so we went to dinner and came back machines were still down. They had my card on file but said I had to pay cash because they still couldn't access it. If I didn't have cash I needed to go back to town to the ATM and get cash to check in. I should have prepaid and by this time, it's pushing 8:30. We got the $199.43 together and the clerk didn't know how to count 43 cents. She said I didn't...

"Otima surpresa"

"It’s a nice and charming family owned inn, really close to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cherokee. The room and linen were clean. There’s a river on the backyard of the hotel, a nice place to spend some moments just watching nature. Even though it could use some renovations, nothing that negatively impacted my stay."

"Fiquei surpreso com as instalações e atendimento. Parabéns aos envolvidos. Òtimo café da manhã."

"Elevator was out of order the entire 3 days of my stay. I have stayed here numerous times over the last several years. Breakfast not as good as the past. This was WCU homecoming weekend so hotel was full. Parking was premium if you were returning late in evening. Some folks had to park in grass area behind hotel due to no parking spaces available."

"Good stay for the price."

"Excelente hote, quartos renovados recentemente, muito confortável e limpo. Cafe da manha acima da media. Localizacao intermediaria, ha necessidade de carro para se deslocar p o centro. "We were on the 2nd floor and there was someone right above our room that stomped and danced around the room at 5:30 am for about 2 hours straight - we went to the front desk and let them know - they said they checked out so we were relieved until later that day and it sounded like a child was jumping off the bed for about and hour straight - my husband went to front desk and they said they will take care of it - well - once again we were woken up at 7 am with this same child running and jumping...

"The coffee was great! The rooms were not cleaned and the front desk attendant was alone Saturday at 4:45 and we had to go retrieve fresh towels ourselves."

"Tudo além das espectativas, mas reservei com café da manhã e o hotel não tem"
