"The bed was awful, it was hard and lumpy. My back still hurts the day after. The "breakfast" was bagels and pre packaged muffins. Didn't try a waffle, its batter dispenser wasn't working. The elevator wouldn't go down from the 3rd floor in tha AM, had to use the stairs. It would go up from the lobby..."

"Hospedagem dentro do esperado. Café da manhã deixou a desejar. Quarto limpo e espaçoso."

"Fiquei surpreso com as instalações e atendimento. Parabéns aos envolvidos. Òtimo café da manhã."

"Very nice people. Pool was good. Room was clean and breakfast was great."

"Everything was perfect."

"Bath tub should be replaced. It’s old and high for short people. It’s also slippery. Also, there was a dog barking. I do not like to stay where pets are allowed. I wish Expedia had a filter for hotels that do not allow pets. I guess ‘service’ dogs are fine."

"Great hotel."

"Everything at this motel was good."

"Our room was dated and the furniture -- most of the ends of the furniture -- the banded ends had come off or were going off. Beautiful views in the morning surnrise. There was no coffee with breakfast . There was coffee in the room. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice. Parking good. Good stay for the price and convenient to Dillsboro and Sylva and Bryson City -- fun towns to visit."

"It’s a nice and charming family owned inn, really close to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and Cherokee. The room and linen were clean. There’s a river on the backyard of the hotel, a nice place to spend some moments just watching nature. Even though it could use some renovations, nothing that negatively impacted my stay."

"Disappointing Stay – Bugs in the Hotel Room I was very disappointed with the condition of my hotel room. I found ladybugs and ants on the ceiling, floor, and curtains. I took several photos as evidence. Finding insects throughout the room was unpleasant and made me feel uncomfortable during my stay. I expected a clean, well-maintained room, but this experience fell short of my expectations. Hotel management should take pest control and room inspections more seriously. I would not recommend...

"Excelente hote, quartos renovados recentemente, muito confortável e limpo. Cafe da manha acima da media. Localizacao intermediaria, ha necessidade de carro para se deslocar p o centro. Banheiro amplo com boas amenidades. Apenas um detalhe. Voltariamos novamente ao hotel quando emmcherokee novamente"

"The room we stayed in was recently renovated and still looked and smelled new. Decent warm breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was fully booked and there was not enough parking."

"Rooms were clean except for a couple of hairs in the bathroom. Beds were so comfy that my husband and I took a pic of the mattress name so we can find one for home. Staff was great! Breakfast was the best I have had in a hotel...and we have stayed at many. The only problem was that you could hear through the walls a little. Not really a problem unless you get neighbors like we had that were screaming at each other as loudly as they could have possibly screamed for at least 30-40 minutes in the...

"Room was remodeled so it was good. The bed to me was horrible In the middle of the Mattress I slept on a hill and rolled to the left when I rolled over. There was no coffee. At check in the girl was nice. At check out the guy barely said anything to me. Would not stay there again"

"Tudo além das espectativas, mas reservei com café da manhã e o hotel não tem"

"Cool little escape off a private road - unexpected for the humble surroundings - great details like a steam shower. Pristine property"
