"We enjoyed our stay at Waya Way cabin. It was 10 minutes from Cherokee, where you had restaurants, shops, and the Oconaluftee Visitor Center, where we enjoyed seeing the elk early morning and late afternoon. The cabin was well stocked with everything we needed, except bringing in our own food. Bed was comfortable, full kitchen. The hot tub was on the front porch, though we did not use it. The view from the porch was beautiful, and the area was very quiet. Darion was a great host and always...

"It's in a rural spot off the highway but great location for what we wanted. We visited Franklin gem mines, Cherokee, and Bryson City all within a short drive. The house was clean minus a few dust bunnies. It definitely has some wear and tear but for the cost and location I have no complaints. My only negative which I'm not sure if the home owner can even control is that the tap water smelled horrible. Bring your own drinking water. "

"Great cabin! Plenty of space for our group and great amenities. Plenty of privacy in the area while still being close to the casino. We would definitely stay here again if we make another trip to the area."

"Great place! Very close to golf courses, and Cheyenne NC. Kitchen has what you need to do anything. Easy to find...there are little arrows on the street signs pointing the way. Pay attention driving. All kinds of wildlife around. "

"This cabin was everything we needed, it was clean, and just the right location for us. We wanted to explore Cherokee and the GSMNP. It was a very short and beautiful drive to those places. The family loved the hot tub, and communication with the owner was quickly responsive."

"Enjoyed our stay, pool and hot tub were working. property is beautiful, very quiet. best thing is listening to the creek on the side porch! the only thing I will say is the side porch door needs to be fixed the knob fell off the whole time we stayed and we couldn’t get that door to lock which is unsafe being that anyone could get into the home from the porch access. Over all would stay here again "

"It was a very lovely stay. It rained a lot so we didn’t get a chance to use the grill or fire pit, but would have enjoyed those amenities provided. Everything we needed was provided by the host inside the cabin, the bed was more comfortable than my own, and the view was just amazing. The location was perfect for exploring surrounding towns, only a few minutes to Cherokee, Bryson City, Sylva, and Dillsboro shopping and playing. We absolutely loved it and didn’t want to leave. "

"What a neat place. I traveled along for the first time to Bryson city and found this place to be absolutely perfect for what I need.**Car enthusiasts only: if you run a lowered front spoiler, you’re gonna find it hard to navigate in the driveway. It needs to be stock height or better."

"It was a great stay. My wife, my dog and i had a week long stay. Everything was just as advertised. The only concern was the neighborhood and roads. There were no sidewalks to walk to the nearby Smokey Mountain Railroad or downtown Bryson City. Overall it was a great experience. I reccomend a stay there. It is convenient to everything in Bryson City."
