"The front reception was very friendly. The cleaners left mop and rags outside our door. I told the gentleman that was going into the employee room. I had to yell. He had headphones on. He didnt acknowledge me. Just went to where I pointed. Dud not say one word and looked very angry. The bed"

"Newly renovated , the coffee maker looked like it had never been cleaned. When I arrived there was a note to call to be let in .same when trying to check out the main person was not answering so went there and he wasn’t around was told to just leave my key in the room .. overall there were beds quite hard .. and ac and mini fridge so everything we needed"

"Housekeeping are starting to offload their duties to guests so be prepared to line your own garbage cans as they won’t, which doesn’t seem very hygienic to me and I wasn’t impressed. Maybe next they’ll just leave the vacuum cleaner at the door for guests to use too😉"

"Accommodating when it came to getting an early check in request of 2:00 pm. We arrived 30 mins. early and did not see any front desk personnel at the front desk. Had to wait at least 5 mins. before someone showed up. When we arrived at our room, it was clean, however, I found a staple at the foot of the bed on the carpet. "This property was OK in that it is a great location, walkable to Lakeshore Drive restaurants and beach, as well as good access to the KVR bike trails, but is lacking somewhat in customer service, only refilled our coffee and cups once out of the four day stay. Breakfast included was adequate, lots of variety. Wings Restaurant was good, and convenient."
