"This is lovely and convenient place just over the bridge to Siesta Key! The place was super clean and had everything we needed to cook a few meals and get a great night sleep – the neighborhood was quiet! The beach chairs, umbrella and cooler bag came in super handy. We really loved the outdoor lights at night! These are great for safety and created a lovely atmosphere. My husband and I rented bikes and were able to leave them locked up right outside with no problems. We biked over the bridge...

"Absolutely adorable tiny house and only a few minutes to Siesta Key's gorgeous beaches. Highly recommend, affordable, dogs welcome. Nice grassy area across the street to walk your dog. Tiny house was exactly as pictured online."

"We actually moved to the Royal Palm suite. It was our fault on deciding on the wrong named one and the hosts had no issues with our move. Royal Palm is probably the best for families. Three levels and balconies in each level with beach views. Lots of steps. For longer stays bring the necessities as it only has starter supplies. (TP, laundry detergent, paper towels...)"

"The only thing I was disappointed about was not being informed that it was not a single rental. Meaning the yard and pool were shared. It was still very nice, but would have appreciated being told about it at the time of booking. I would still rent it again and also recommend it"

"Just as described. Right across from public beach access. 20 minute walk to food but a quick 3 min uber ride. Check in was okay, just a few communication issues with early check in. We paid extra to check in @3, arrived around 2-230 and messaged property manager on the way to the room from the airport asking if we could get in before 3pm, so we are not waiting outside with all our luggage. Manager replied as we are pulling in driveway and unloading bags to wait for them to confirm property is...

"We had a great stay over July 4th! Perfect walkable location in Siesta Village. As the listing notes there is live music next door at SKOB, but they do promptly end at 11. The provided beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels were the best touch. "
