"This property is a simple two room studio. Queen size bed which we found very comfortable. The A/C is a wall unit and was a bit lacking but there is a box fan in the room and that made a huge difference. It is situated between what appeared to be two permanent residence. Not a problem at all, just would be nice to have known that. It is perfectly situated in the middle of Siesta Key Village. Steps from SKOB and all the village things. Maybe .20 of a mile from the beach which was nice and quiet....

"This is an amazing quaint property. It’s absolutely perfect for a couples get away. It’s literally a 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach, is so tastefully decorated and a very comfortable large bed. I’d highly recommend for the location, great value, cleanliness and lovely charm "

"What a charming townhome! Everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone enjoyed themselves and were very comfortable! Aside from the townhome being amazing, the location is top notch!! Walking distance to everything! Steps from the beach and lovely walk to the pier area with food and shops. Also, very easy townhome to find for grocery deliveries! The locals are all very friendly and knowledgeable! 10/10"

"This spot was perfect for our family. It was out of the hustle bustle, but a quick walk to Turtle Beach. The trolley stop was a quick way for us to connect to shops and restaurants without the headache of parking. The views of Little Sarasota Bay were breathtaking! Wonderful and comfortable stay!"

Our condo was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. We loved the high quality linens and all the beautiful updates and decor. It was a nice quiet area and we liked the location of this unit. "Check-in was easy. Host was great and easy to contact very responsive. No issues; just had questions. Beds were comfortable. Recommend Pizza place in plaza down the street. Siesta Beach was long and beautiful but need car to get there. You can walk to Cresent Beach. Will definitely be back. "
