Siesta Cooler: Only Minutes Walk to Siesta Beach!

Light, bright and cozy in the HEART of Siesta Key Village! Open floor plan including queen-sized murphy bed, Smart TVs, & Strong WIFI. Amazing balcony for the best people watching on Ocean Blvd. Quick & easy three minute walk will put you on the #1 Beach in the USA, Siesta Beach! This beautifully appointed apt. is perfect for those who will not mind the "buzz" and energy of our busy little Village. No need for a car to get around. You are where everyone wants to be already. Very walkable!

The space
Very unique because of it’s proximity to the beach and the heart of Siesta Key Village

Guest access
Access through a locked gate and up a set of stairs. There is also partial access to an elevator that is used primarily for the cool store downstairs but can be accessed if absolutely necessary. Amazing people watching from the very private and cool balcony

Other things to note
Rental age restrictions:
-This property has a minimum primary renter age requirement of 25.
- Upon booking, a signed rental agreement and government issued photo identification are required prior to receiving an electronic access code to the property.
- Pets are welcome, however, we do charge a $150 non-refundable fee per pet*.
*Due to online booking policies, some payments may need to be submitted after the booking is reserved and confirmed. Please let us know if you have questions about the policies prior to booking.
-Parking: There is only one space for parking.
- Island Sewer System: Our Island sewer system is very fragile. Please do not flush anything except toilet paper. No Wipes! Please discard in the trash.
- Towels may not be hung over the balcony railing at any time.
-Stays in excess of three weeks shall incur an additional cleaning fee.

Please remember that you're staying in an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Thank you for your understanding.

Perfect location right in the heart of all the restaurants, bars and shops. We parked our car and walked to everything the weekend we stayed. The place was clean and the balcony was great for people to watching.

We loved staying in the village and this property was in the perfect location. Waking distance from many restaurants, shoppes, bars, and the beach! Cozy and lively. The village is quiet after 11pm during the week, but lively on Friday/Saturday nights.

The only issue that we had with this stay was the water pressure in the shower...Everything from check-in to check-out was perfect! There is an on-site elevator, but it is not currently in operating condition.

It was great to be in the heart of siesta key village. we drove down and parked our car the entire week without every having to drive. Short walk to the beach and all the entertainment we needed right downstairs.

Great place for a couple or a small group of friends. Right in the heart of everything so the food, drinks, and shopping are all in a minutes walking distance. Beach is within a 5 minute walk. This place had all the major necessities needed. There is a bar/restaurant on either side of the rental with nightly music. Will be loud but they shut it down at 11.

It was great! We have nothing to say bad about this place. The location, clean, right in the middle or everything to do in the Village and a short walk to the beach. We will be back as we visit the village in Siesta Key three to five times a year. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was super responsive and made check-in really easy. The location was perfect—close to everything we needed but still quiet at night. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The condo was great, we enjoyed the music and people watching from the balcony. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. Lots of hreat music and food all within a short walk! Highly recommend staying here....

Amazing location

The reason I gave it 3 stars for cleanliness is that we found hair in the shower which made us question the cleanliness of the rest of the apartment. The wine glass was also smudgy..We were also confused how it was called a one bedroom when there was no actual bedroom with a door it was more of a long studio. That being said the noise machine in the bedroom was a great touch as we could not hear each other at night. The location is absolutely amazing a 7 minute walk to the beach and walking distance to all the best coffee shops and restaurants. We parked our car and never used it again for 3 days. It is very loud as siesta key oyster bar is right next door and on Friday and Saturday nights they play live music. Also heard the sounds of obnoxious cars on the main drag but it shuts down at midnight so it wasn't terrible. Friday night we were really tired and wanted to go to bed earlier but if you bring earplugs and a noise machine it's fine. They have excellent thick balcony doors that block out a lot of noise but it is not quiet by any means. Saturday night we stayed on the balcony and listened to the music until 11:30 at night it was really cool. Overall a wonderful stay! Just wish it was a true one-bedroom, but maybe I missed that in the description. The manager was available immediately when we couldn't figure out the code to the first door, he was a really nice guy

Very convenient to beach, shops, and restaurants. Comfortable bed, thoughtful amenities, cute decor. Not so comfortable furniture. Clean. Easy access once we figured out the outer door. No worries about key pick up or drop off appreciated. Overall a nice visit with beautiful weather.

2025 vacation

We enjoyed our stay, clean and has everything we need! We love the location, for some it might a little noisy but we like all the music and people watching! It is a perfect place for our small family. The only improvement that we can suggest is the mattress on the pull-out coach needs replacing. Definitely will return!!

Amazing little Apartment

The apartment was very nice and spacious, in the perfect location for Siesta Village, and just a five minute walk to the public access to the beach! It had chairs, coolers, and an umbrella for the beach. The atmosphere and vibe was perfect! We will most certainly stay again!

Babymoon

We stayed here for our baby moon and it was the most perfect location! Although in the heart of everything, it was very quiet! You could enjoy the live music from the balcony or just walk out the front door and have your choice of places/things to do! The property was very clean and had beach chairs/towels and a cooler which was nice for people like us who flew down to Florida! We will definitely be back next year!
