"The apartment itself is OK! It’s whoever’s operating the place that is a complete disaster! The AC was not working when we arrived! And we contacted the person to fix numerous times they responded to us once with something that was unhelpful, and they never responded again not even when we purely asked that they prorate our fee so that we could stay somewhere else! DO NOT stay here!"

"The location is ideal for a short as well a longer stay. The room and facilities are fine. But bring earplugs. Music at the Quanto Canti goes on till the late hours. I brought earplugs, so I was fine with it. A possible improvement: get the safe bolted to the wall."

"Liebevoll eingerichtetes Haus mit allen Notwendigkeiten. Giorgio hatte uns beim Check-In mit Gemüse und Eiern (von den eigenen Hühnern) begrüßt. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat es an nichts gefehlt. Hervorzuheben ist die himmlische Ruhe die bei klarem Wetter vorhandene Sicht sogar den Etna vom Pool aus. Wer nach Entspannung und Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig."

"Tarek, notre hôte a été formidable pendant tout notre séjour.Accueillant, serviable, efficace...bref parfait.En ce qui concerne la maison, nous avons vécu des pannes de courant, des problèmes d’eau,de barbecue.,de machine à laver, de cafetière, de grille pain........L'emplacement est sympa mais les finitions mériteraient un gros rafraîchissement.Il manque un peu de matériel dans la cuisine (poêle,casserole...etc...etc....)Mais notre séjour a 4 couples s’est, pour finir bien déroulé, encore une...

She even arranged a chef to come to the home and cook us an authentic delicious Sicilian dinner Excellent air conditioning. . As others have mentioned, I would encourage a compact car.
