Der Schlüssel steckte im Schloss - Anwesenheit des Vermieters bzw. schriftliche Instruktionen - Fehlanzeige!!! Die Ausstattung der Küche war mangelhaft. Auf Reklamationen (abgebrochener Duschkopf, aus dem Leim gehende Stühle, Defekte Klimaanlage) wurde gar nicht bzw....

"It was an easy drive in our rental car to Fontane Blanche from Taormina. Enzo was waiting for us and handed over the keys and a fob for the gate at the entrance. He gave us all the instructions we needed for our 11 day stay in March 2024. He made us feel very welcome and supplied a small stock of food, water and a bottle of wine so we didn’t have to find a grocery store until the next day. "This apartment is located in a beautiful, quiet street in Siracusa, a short walk from restaurants, coffee, sites, and groceries. We really enjoyed staying here, even if a little chilly (there is a heater so not too bad). Would definitely stay here again, but next time in warmer weather!"
