"The staff was excellent! There was trouble with our AC but it was due to the fact it was the hottest days of the year. We closed the curtains and blinds and this helped. I am sure the fact that we sleep in a 67 degree house at home didn’t help. Engineers Jeremy and Joe and the rest of the engineering staff did everything they could to make sure our stay was comfortable. The wait staff at the pools and in the small bars were very attentive. Breakfast was totally not worth the price you pay...
"Super nice area just outside of downtown Charleston in a charming traditional neighborhood. Nice staff, beautiful room and balcony. Restaurant downstairs was a bonus. I didn't get to take advantage of the nearby pool as it was too cold. I'd love to stay here again."
"I was pleasantly surprised after reading reviews that had me concerned. I had a great stay!!! I stayed with my son and it was quiet and breakfast was beautiful, hotel breakfast but there was plenty and staff were absolutely excellent. Desk welcomed us quickly and the man knew we were running late and did so well to get us through. Start yo finish top notch. I slept well with the bed and pillows. I am choosy and these were very comfortable and the air conditioning was crispy 👌 i would stay...

"We enjoyed staying here, room was very clean. They are very pet friendly and affordable. The only thing that was bad was the water pressure in the shower, it was very slow. Other than that it was a nice place to stay. "
"Close to everything and plenty of perks with free snacks in room and lounge. Rooftop terrace has amazing views and a great spot to relax. The free drinks and appetizers from 4-5 is also a great perk. The day we were there we were so busy touring the town we missed lunch, the free bacon wrapped chicken bites hit the spot. Additionally the free breakfast was fantastic, far above what you’ll get at a normal continental breakfast. First day we were there it was eggs Benedict. "
