"Perfect crash pad for a St. Pete visit. As others noted, the dock isn't attached to the property, but it's literally right across the street; you see the water and dock from your front door. Simple, clean, great a/c, comfy. Only issue was with Expedia--the site went down, no reason given, and I was unable to access the door code when we first tried to check-in. I also never got the original check-in email from the host, but again, I put the blame for that on Expedia, as our host responded very...

"Our family of 5 stayed here for 3 nights and the house was great! The location is very convenient to downtown Bradenton and to the beaches. The house itself was great! It was decorated so nicely and it was nice and clean! Can't beat the backyard with the beautiful pool and seating areas. Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything you needed . Would definitely stay here again! "
