"Carpet by the window was soaking wet as well as the the back wall. Hotel stated they were full and couldn't move me to a different room. I had prepaid for a king sweet and got a double with soggy wet carpet. The manager has reached out saying they will refund my money and take the room out of circulation until properly fix. Ide like to know how room service didnt notice it...did they actually clean the room?"

"I was put in a room where the key didn’t work. I made multiple trips to the front desk due to my key not working. It never worked and I couldn’t be moved because the rooms were allegedly all booked. Maintenance or whoever it was, had to let me in but I never got a key. So, I couldn’t even leave my room that night. I kept calling the front desk but no one ever answered. Phone in the room didn’t work so I had to use my cell. There was no WiFi password in the room and I never got access to that...

"The front desk staff was fantastic, especially Lenisia and Dawn, who tried to solve all our issues kindly and efficiently. Unfortunately, the breakfast team was not very helpful and did not understand that our breakfast was included, requiring us to sign a bill for the hot items every day. The hotel was not very clean; in fact, we had to move to another room because of a bad smell, which seemed like pet odor. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, but housekeeping is only provided every other...
