"Immediately noticed the smell of marijuana when I walked in. Check in was ok-could hardly understand the guy behind the counter but he was nice enough. I went for breakfast at 8:35 (open until 9) and there was only 2 pieces of wheat bread, cereal and a few drops of waffle batter left. Juice was out of order and the rest (including milk, yogurt, hot food) was all empty. No staff to be seen, much less to offer any other food options. "Pool was not opened as advertised and was closed with a cover. We booked here because it had a swimming pool and our 4 kids were extremely disappointed. The place needed a deep scrubbing. Orange and green puffy mold was growing in our room in the ceiling and the whole room smelled like gym socks. Our sheets and bedding felt wet the room was so humid even with AC continually running. Kids socks were dirty from the carpet. The bathroom has 1 dim bulb in the shower area and you can hardly see."

High quality amenities, including body lotion, very much appreciated, as well as laundry room self operated, very practical. Breakfast different every day and wonderful options. The staff is a chapter worth of mention, everybody so kind and attentive. First time in this Hilton brand and definitely now a favorite."

"The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the front desk was not friendly when we arrived. They did not offer a friendly greeting or make me feel at all welcome. They said nothing about the where anything was in the hotel and then rudely pointed me in the right direction when I clearly couldn't find the elevators. I wouldn't stay there again."
