"Had ants in my room from the dressers to the shower and I checked out"

"There were no glasses in the bathroom and also no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Upon checking they gave us a room.with gueen size bed and we had booked a king size. Front desk said oh, its late, can you keep it until tomorrow and then we will find you a king bed room because we don't have anything available as we are filled up. They did change it the next afternoon and gave us a king bed room."

"My stay wasn’t the best at Best Western Plus and honestly the pictures were a little misleading. The room looked way nicer online than it did in person. It wasn’t terrible, but definitely not what I expected based on the photos. Also, the pillows were super small literally about the size of my hand — and not comfortable at all. Overall, the stay was just okay, but I expected much better offadvertising"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the front desk was not friendly when we arrived. They did not offer a friendly greeting or make me feel at all welcome. They said nothing about the where anything was in the hotel and then rudely pointed me in the right direction when I clearly couldn't find the elevators. I wouldn't stay there again."

"My room was so clean but the bathroom flooring could have been cleaner for sure, and the fridge froze everything and had not been cleaned out. Staff was great though and internet was fast!"

"Pool was not opened as advertised and was closed with a cover. We booked here because it had a swimming pool and our 4 kids were extremely disappointed. The place needed a deep scrubbing. Orange and green puffy mold was growing in our room in the ceiling and the whole room smelled like gym socks. Our sheets and bedding felt wet the room was so humid even with AC continually running. Kids socks were dirty from the carpet. The bathroom has 1 dim bulb in the shower area and you can hardly see."

"However housekeeping did not clean the rooms everyday. The housekeeping staff first cleans the checkout rooms first. Then if time premits they will clean the occupied rooms. You may have to refresh your room yourself and get your towels and other consumables items from the front desk. The breakfast was excellent comparable to some of your better breakfast restaurants. Location was great, for you were surrounded by shopping strip malls and a variety of fast food restaurants where some were...

"To start, the front desk guy was very unenthusiastic about his job. One word answers to questions. Biggest issue was the state of our room. Lots of stains on sheets and bed covers. The bottom of the bathroom door was falling apart, painted shower drain coming off and mold on caulking and ceiling in the bathroom. Pretty gross stuff. Needs a full makeover. No excuse for the sheets. Get rid of them when they are stained."
