"The condo was as described and had everything we needed for our stay. The owner was informative and quick to respond with any questions I had. The view was amazing and a close walk to the beach. The location was perfect and near restaurants/shopping. We would definitely come back again!"

"Perfect location and accomodations for our family of 3. Loved the king bed which usually isn't available at smaller houses in this price range. The quick beach access and roomy patio to clean up and dry off made trips to and from the ocean very easy. Kitchen, bathroom, and laundry facility had everything we needed and most importantly, everything worked. So often with vacation rentals we find there is a switch, or outlet, or faucet that doesn't work well or at all. None of that here. ...

"Excellent on site and friendly hosts. We had no issues that needed addressing, a wonderful location. Check in could not be any more easy. Just walk right in drop your bags and walk to the beach. This was our second visit and surely not our last."

"Property is perfectly situated with ocean view and steps south to beach access. Check-in was easy. Kitchen is modern and great for groups. Be aware, this is a duplex. You’ll be sharing common pool if you don’t rent both sides. "

"We love this beach cottage. Of course I always overpack but I am learning pack light. Ashley & Brian are terrific host! If I had a question they made me feel very comfortable to contact them. Weather was pretty except a couple of days but the pool was terrific for a dreary day and small kids. Location is perfect. Will definitely be back!"

"We had our annual family vacation at the Round House. What an awesome time! Across the street from the beach path, so easy to get on the beach, back for lunch, then back out again. So much room to spread out and relax, perfect spot for games during the occasional rain. I highly recommend this home if you’re staying on Amelia Island."

"This was my second stay here and it was perfect. The kids love the pool and it is such a close walk down the boardwalk to the beach. Will book again!"

"A song should be composed for this delightful cottage.All aspects of our stay were excellent. AC worked wonderfully in high heat and humidity periods. When we thought we needed something we opened a cupboard or closet and there it was. My daily walk was from the cottage to the St Marys waterfront and back."

"We had the best few days and communication was easy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We went for walks on the beach every morning and evening. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms clean and kitchen had everything we needed. Elevator available if needed and sufficient parking. The restaurant recommendations came in handy too. Super easy drive to downtown Amelia Island to walk around town and browse shops have tea and ice cream."
