"Não gostei da minha experiência no La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Houston Southwest. A cama estava torta, o cheiro de cigarro no hotel estava forte. O hotel, embora tenha uma boa fachada externa, por dentro está precisando de reforma, o elevador é velho, os móveis dos quartos estão em péssimo estado de conservação. "

"The restaurant had good food. But the outside of the hotel was riddled with roaches and water bugs. No lie. I had roaches crawling on my car as I was leaving in the parking lot. And there were many roaches on the ground at night and during the day. I couldn’t even believe it. I seen a brown and white albino roach too."

"Breakfast menu was same all the time, while supply is always short. House keeping is available only on request and only on alternate days. Parking was sufficient but always dirty and surrounded with suspicious people. Most of the staff are good except few that are rude to dictate rules such as breakfast closes sharp 9am and lobby is out of bound after 10pm. "
