We're sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay. I did do maintenance on both drains in your room, once requested, I did see improvement in both drains, however this a common problem for hotels, I'll have a plumber in to further investigate those drains. We do apologize for the ants in the restroom, the hotel is very close to a creek/forests so summer bugs are plentiful, however we work closely with Ecolab to spray regularly. We hope you'll consider us again in the future!

Our front desk attendant wasn't able to catch you to explain this, after you stormed out, understandably upset. We don't have a gluten free bread or pastry option, but we do have a wide selection of gluten free items such as: scrambled eggs, hardboiled eggs, proteins, cheesesticks, applesauce, fruit cups, fruit, etc. Unfortunately the church's lights are out of our control, but we do have new black out curtains to help mitigate that problem. We are glad to hear that the room was clean, comfortable, and safe!

Our apologies that you weren't able to find something on our breakfast bar to suit your needs, we have a wide selection of items, but we are always open to suggestions! As you stated we do have water available on our breakfasts bar, it is a pitcher of ice cold water; we are also able to fill your bottles/cups out of our taps. Water bottles are also available for sale in our Marketplace for those who prefer bottled water!
