"We cannot fault the apartment - it had all we needed. However, the manager, Esperanza was absolutely rude, disrespectful and really doesn't care about her clients. We had a problem with getting into the apartment late at night & while we were told we could contact her at any time (and to be fair, a manager should be available) she would have let us sit all night outside our apartment before even trying to help. She put the phone down when we tried to call & then told us to solve it ourselves as...

"The apartment was exactly how the listing described it as. Check in was really easy as the host left a lock box at the front door and sent us instructions as we arrived late. The apartment was clean and super spacious. The washer was a big pro! And the wifi worked perfectly and was fast as we remotely worked. Location of the place was wonderful as we were able to walk everywhere and to the main attractions into the city center under 15 minutes."
