• KITCHEN: Fully equipped, drip basket style coffeemaker, toaster, blender, pots, pans - you name it. However, you must bring your own groceries, condiments, and spices.

• The front door has an electronic lock, you will be provided the code 3 days before check-in. There is no need to check-in at an office or property manager.

• There is parking for up to 4 cars in front of the cabin on a large, flat parking surface.

• Black bears are common in our area of the Smokies and our cabin is located in their natural environment. Please help protect the bears. Never feed or approach bears. Please do not leave any food/garbage/trash outside the cabin or inside cars. All garbage must be placed in secured bear proof bins.

• This cabin is owned and managed by my wife and I, no Property Manager. If you encounter any issue or need anything to make your stay the best experience, we are here to help.
• We are not local to the cabin, but we’re available via the VRBO platform from 8am EST to 11pm EST.

• For your safety and ours, there is a security camera that automatically records audio and video of the exterior of the property: It is pointed toward the front entry and street. The camera DOES NOT point toward the spa or any interior spaces.
