[EASY PAYMENT PLAN]

[SECURITY DEPOSIT]
➣A security damage deposit of $300.00 will be automatically charged to the credit card on file 4 days before check-in
➣This is a hold on the credit card and will be released 2 days after checkout
➣If the credit card charge fails then the guest has 1 day to provide another form of payment before the reservation is cancelled

[RENTAL AGREEMENT]
➣A Rental Agreement will be sent for signature after booking.
➣Failure to sign the Rental Agreement will be result in cancellation of the booking

[CANCELLATION POLICY]
➣Our cancellation policy is as follows:
One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 7 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

➣Your own PRIVATE OASIS – a Hot Tub to soak in after a day of activities
➣Soak your cares away while surrounded by the NATURAL BEAUTY OF THE SMOKY MOUNTAINS
➣To ensure your safety and comfort, the hot tub is thoroughly CLEANED, DRAINED AND REFILLED with fresh water after each guest's stay. Due to this, it may not be fully heated upon your arrival. We use bromine tablets to maintain water quality.

[WATER SUPPLY]
➣Water supply comes from a well. Most cabins in the Smokies have wells due to the terrain
➣Due to high mineral content in the soil, the water is easily impacted by Iron, Sulfur or a combination of both
➣Due to high Iron content the water may have a brown tint
➣Due to Sulfur the water may have an odor
➣Iron in the water may be soluble at first (meaning the water is clear) and later precipitates to form a brownish tint

[LAUNDRY]
➣Washer and dryer inside the cabin
➣Iron & Ironing Board provided at the cabin

[PARKING]
➣There is ample parking space for up to 2 vehicles.
➣The driveway is gravel

[ROAD CONDITIONS]
➣This cabin is for the adventurous types
➣The road section (2/10 of a mile) leading to the cabin is extremely narrow and very bumpy
➣Only 1 vehicle can pass at a time so you will need to share the road
➣If you drive a low riding vehicle then you will definitely feel it, and it won't feel good!
➣We do not recommend low riding cars and sports vehicles
➣We highly encourage trucks or mid-full size SUVs
➣Please do not complain or mention the road condition since you have been forewarned

[WI-FI SIGNAL STRENGTH]
➣Due to the cabin's location we do not have access to cable-type internet.
➣We have to rely on cell-phone towers for internet which means our speed isn't that great.
➣Unfortunately there's not much we can do about this.
➣But, you're on vacation so just unplug, unwind and relax with your family & friends.

[SNOW STORMS & POWER OUTAGES]
➣During the cold months (Nov-Feb) we encourage 4WD in case we get snow
➣Power outages can happen when there's a snow storm. This can be a big deal because all the water in the cabin relies on an electric well pump
➣Regardless of these precautions, we HIGHLY RECOMMEND PURCHASING TRIP INSURANCE through a third party

[CONSUMABLE ITEMS PROVIDED]
To make your stay even more comfortable, we offer a STARTER PACK of consumable items, including:
➣Shampoo (1 tube per bathroom)
➣Conditioner (1 tube per bathroom)
➣Body wash (1 tube per bathroom)

➣We strive for perfection but that's not always attainable. No cabin or host is perfect. We will bend over backwards to make things right
➣If you see something then say something.
➤If there is an amenity or feature that's not working as intended, then we would like to know about it.
➤If you let us know then we will attempt to fix it, even during your stay, as long as we get your permission
➤If you deem the issue not urgent then we can always wait until after checkout to get it addressed. We would like to know about it during your stay so we can make arrangements in advance to get it fixed prior to the next guests' arrival
➣We expect each guest to treat the property with the utmost respect. This allows us to continue providing awesome accommodations to future vacationers at a reasonable price
➣If you're looking for a place to have an immature drunken party then this is not the cabin for you
➣PARENTS: We expect you to control your children.
➣If you can't or won't then we kindly ask that you book another cabin
