The space

The property has a relaxing setting with 2 beautiful decks to enjoy the outdoors.  We offer a hot tub, BBQ gas grill,game room located in the basement that has  foosball,air hockey,board games for all ages, children's toys, portable playpen and children high chair located in the closet bathroom. Walking thru the back door you’ll find The top floor living space consists of, living room, kitchen, bathroom,3 bedrooms that are furnished with comfortable beds. bedroom 1 king size bed, bedrooms 2&3 queen size beds, bedroom 4 is located in the basement area with king size bed. The bathroom in the basement is full with a shower. There is a sectional in the basement to enjoy and relax while you are playing or watching TV. The basement patio doors open out to the bottom deck where you will find  the hot tub and bbq gas grill to enjoy the outdoors, In the living room you’ll find an electric fireplace and a gas fireplace in the basement  that is turned on seasonally Mid October-March. The home features smart TV's in the living room,basement, and all bedrooms with WIFI access. There is a computer desk located in the basement  if a little work is what you need to do while traveling. The dining Kitchen table is farm style with 2 benches. If cooking meals is on your agenda while on vacation, we provide pots,pans, baking trays, utensils, plates, bowls etc; along with a microwave, dishwasher,blender,coffee pot, keurig machine,tea kettle. We also provide some starter items at the house for cooking, there is oil cooking spray,salt, pepper, sugar,  we also provide starter items, toilet paper, paper towels,dish soap, face soap, conditioner and  shampoo. In the basement you will find a cabinet that has cleaning supplies, sanitizing spray, febreze spray,disinfecting wipes and towels for the use of the hot tub/shower, you will also have towels in the top floor bathroom. all Bedrooms have extra blankets, The mattress and pillows are protected with bed bug protectors. I hope I have come up with everything you need for your stay and if there’s anything you need during your stay do not hesitate to reach out to me or my Mother as she is the super host for the property. We are family owned  and take good care of our home for our guests to enjoy their stay with family and friends to make memories .We are accessible by text message, phone, and email. If there is an issue that needs immediate  assistance we will coordinate with our team (handyman/cleaning services) to take care of the issue if it can be done.  All the information you’ll need for your stay will be sent a couple days before your trip along with lock codes and some property info.


Guest access
Entire property is for our guests to enjoy and feel at home except for a few owners' closets that are key locked.

Other things to note:
There are cameras outside the home for the safety of our guests. Guests may experience  Wildlife in the outdoorsAnd should be cautious when going out as there has been sightings of a bear around the house At the moment we do not allow any animals of any kind due to allergies.  The water is city water but We recommend that our guests bring their own drinking water,No streaming services are included; you can use your own and  TV'S have some free apps to enjoy, please log out when not using. ( Please be aware that our property is on a steep road and guest may expirience a little hard time going up to property, guest may experience little bugs crawling in the basement, we do have a pest control company that goes every month unfortunaly its nature but we try to do our best.)
