"This is the second time we have stayed at the Grand Dunes. We were there one year ago, liked the property and returned this year. It had an old time style from the lobby to the rooms. "Clean room, ocean view, nice pools and outdoor bar"

"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"Clean rooms, easy beach access"

"When we arrived it was before check in. The front desk staff Shamira and Shanetta allowed us to keep our bags in a secure area so we could enjoy the pool area and lounge while we waited. They also ensured our room was ocean facing per the reservation details and helped us navigate sight seeing. All the other staff were very accommodating and kind greeting us everyday and promptly fulfilling any requests we had. The resort is renovating so some of the amenities were dated and needed repair...

"Indoor pool was closed the jacuzzi was closed the room was dirty the floors was black and their was hair in both showers and some kind of blue stuff in one shower and black stuff in the other shower. The sliding door to the ball was broken. Overall experience wouldn’t stay their again and definitely won’t tell my family to stay their. Their parking garage you couldn’t hardly get through it’s one way so if your going up and they come down at the same time one is gonna have to back upstairs cause...

"Very nice overnight stay. The room was clean and the view was beautiful. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The only drawback was the busy elevators. But there were a lot of guests, so we just had to be patient. But we would definitely stay here again."

"Older place. There was no breakfast. Room needed to have baseboards, doors, light switches wiped down. Parking is tough for bigger vehicles. Location good, good view. Kitchen tiny. Weird light in bedroom coming from hall, needs larger/higher curtain. Lack of outlets. Sofa bed needs more padding."
