"Good place to stay. I'd be back."

"Jack, the young man who did the valet parking for me, was awesome. I give him 5 stars."

"The price was reasonable, clean room, food was good"

"Quarto e equipe excelentes, café da manhã impecavel."

"Dave yourself the headache. Every day it was something. Maintenance was good though. Oven not working. Batteries died in key pad for door. Deadbolt broke and we were stuck in condo for 5 hours. Advertised outdoor pool was open . It was NOT and after days of arguing with management and Hostiva, they finally acknowledge it was closed. Phoned Hostiva almost every day and they said they would phone back. They never did. The last day took the cake; cockroach crawling on the wall. That was the icing...

"Staff and check in was great. Informative front desk personnel, quick check in, very easy parking setup and easily accessible. Our condo was spacious, balcony for ocean front was large as well. TVs were a bit small and aged, but overall a very good stay."

"Me and the family needed this restart and refresh. This place is centrally located to everything. The lazy river was closed but the other pools were open. (Someone took my Birkenstock sandals from the pool area) I am still in shock because they were right beside my chair and I never left the area.. so disappointing, but I guess they needed them more than me. Overall met lots of friendly people and enjoyed our stay. Easy parking, clean fully stocked room and beautiful sunrise from beach view."

"Hotel simples com preço Justo. Bem localizado para quem ir para praia. Tem alguns restaurantes e cafés próximo. À vista para o mar do quarto que fiquei é parcial embora esperasse vista de frete para o mar. A cama é razoável mas o quarto é bem espaçoso. No geral bom custo beneficio"

"Great staff, room was clean. Nothing negative to say and would return"

"Always the best place to stay in Myrtle beach for me anyways. Clean, friendly, and great amenities"

"Rating: 1/5 (Zero stars if I could) Booking this hotel through Expedia was a complete nightmare, and the property is a total scam. Upon arrival, the initial room offered was filthy and infested with bugs. The front desk clerk—who admitted he was smoking marijuana in the back—offered a second room, which was even worse. After stepping out briefly to get food, I returned only to find the entire building locked shut. Nobody answered the phone, and I was forced to find emergency accommodations...

"Room was clean pool Was good and warm, only one hot tub worked , other was closed , parking was bad if you have a big car. Other than that it was good. Did see a cockroach in the public bathroom by the pool area , I have video of it"

"No hot water low floor not ocean view should have a place to smoke besides the street stove not working door lock a pain to work patio door to heavy"

"This is for families. As a solo older woman this was a bit loud and extra for just solo travel. It would have been wonderful for a family trip. It is a very large property so be ready for a long check in."

"This hotel on Expedia was misleading. It said "on the beach", but it was across the street. It also was part of Caravell resorts and that was not mentioned. The picture on Expedia is part of the resort that is on the beach, but the St. John's Inn is a 3 story gray building. The only picture that was correct was the room picture. The room smelled of chlorine or some sort of strong cleaner, had flaking paint on the walls, and the bathroom doorknob was not secure. Stay was acceptable, but...

"The property had great views of the ocean, beautiful sand, and quiet. Unfortunately, the condo was dirty. There was dirt on the floors dust on the fans stains on the counter spilt drinks on the wall not wiped down. Windows were not clean just very dirty. Then we did an early check-in when we got there at 2 o’clock, so we would be called was never called. Went there at 3:50 before four and they said it’s four and after to check-in waited till about 5:50 nobody called we call them and they said oh...
