"After check in everything seemed fine. AC stopped working near midnight. Night desk man was less than kind new room was a down grade, mattress sucked and they acted like they did us a favor. We went to use the indoor pool and there were dirty diapers along the edge. Not a good experience here and certainly my last. I would suggest folks spend their hard earned money somewhere else."

"I didn't like being on 1s floor Someone from there called me Wednesday ask me what floor would I like. I said 5th floor up. They put me on 1st floor. Then in master bathroom I ran water into bathtub water it was orange rusted looking I took pictures show to manager. She said another guess had same problem with water. "

"Our stay was excellent. Ashley at the front desk was warm, helpful, and kind. The valet was quick and courteous. The food on site while bit pricey was comparable to other 5 star resort quality and quantity. We will be visiting again soon."

"The property and staff was beautiful, kind, & helpful. No issues whatsoever. I was a bit picky about certain things like smudges all over elevator doors my bathroom door FELL OFF THE HINGES, we called maintenance and it was fixed within 20 min. Room was clean but I always do my own cleaning and found a hair or two in bathroom and some hidden small dirty spot near microwave. Other than that, no complaints "

"My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Willow Bay. Check in was a breeze and the room exceeded my expectations. It was very clean and the furniture appeared to be brand new. The view of the Ocean was perfect for hanging out and enjoying a drink. Willow Bay has a great location right on the beach with lots of restaurant options near by. The pool and grounds were beautiful and peaceful. We love coming to Myrtle Beach and we will definitely be coming back to Willow Bay. "

"I honestly came here with low expectations. I'm not sure why, but I guess mostly because it was a reasonably priced hotel on the beach. That's hard to find. When I walked into our room, I found it to be exceptionally clean... like cleaner than a typical 5-star hotel. The ocean view was amazing, and just what I needed in the middle of March when I'm suffering from spring fever. I usually can't wait to get out of a hotel room and back home, but this was completely opposite. I was sad to leave....

"pictures looked a lot different than in person. hotel room wasn’t actually ocean view and it was super dirty. mold, rust, dust, peeling walls, and dirty floors. that bed and blanket was valid doe. i paid about $150 a night for 2 nights."

"Property was nice and all I didn’t like they wouldn’t come clean the room or anything. The water park didn’t work which is the reason we went. It only worked the last day we was there so the kids didn’t get to enjoy it like they should’ve. That part really suck because we came so far just for it to be down."

"Nice quiet place to stay. Easy walk to the beach, across from the workout center and close to the pickleball courts, simple layout, newer washer/ dryer that works works great. Very convenient. Older place but fine accommodations. Would stay there again. "
