"Excellent property the only issues we had was with the shower in the primary bathroom not draining properly and the ceiling fan in the primary bedroom not functioning properly. We didn’t stay long so it wasn’t a huge issue as the ac was adequate and the shower was the worse the last day of our stay."

"This was our first time here. It was my wide and me plus our daughter and 3 year old grandson. The property was wonderful. Things we loved: 1. So close to the beach with great beach access 2. Amenities: The waterpark, the indoor poor, the arcade, and the outdoor pool 3. Friendly staff 4. Onsite restaurant has very good breakfast. 5. Clean, spacious rooms. "If you go here it's nice but the website is miss leading with photos. You see the big beach hotel overlooking the waters but the St.Johns hotel is across the street no beach view. But a nice pool view. It was okay"

"The resort was great - pool and beach are awesome - slides are fun. Our actual condo unit needs work. Brighton 707. Washer dryer - washer sounds like a rocket ship taking off when it runs, and the dryer burnt a bunch of clothes. Kitchen was very poorly stocked. No baking wear at all - not even a cookie sheet. Floors were very dirty and turned feet black - so needs to be cleaned better."
