"Our room was a good size with a big bathroom and a comfy bed. The staff were super friendly and the bar and restaurant were nice, with great food. Had a lovely stay and plan on going back."

"Wonderful stay. Gorgeous breakfast. Comfy beds. The best bit...the views!!! Wow. Wish we had time to stay longer."

"Impressed by the overall service offered by the Sun. We had good rest in the room and enjoyed excellent atmosphere and food at the pub, both at dinner and breakfast. The staff offered us the opportunity to park next to the hotel free of charge in a spot that was temporary available for the night. Would recommend to visit when in Lancaster "

"Well impressed with the Inn overall but particularly the room which was spacious and fitted out with the best linen, bed, room and bathroom furniture. The best ingredients for the food too. Ideal location for the multiple walks in the area. To be recommended. "

"Lovely place for an overnight stay. Really pleased we chose it instead of the many bog standard motorway hotels, though it is just as convenient for the M6. Big comfy rooms, lots of atmosphere, great breakfast, lovely staff."
