"Location great. Its an older motel so I can't understand why people complain about the rooms. Went there for a few days with my wife and daughter who is 3. Staff is amazing. Very polite and extremely helpful. Very kind. For an older motel and as someone who travels the world, I'm amazed its pretty well kept. The only thing I would say needs work is the locks. "The rooms are basic, but clean. We didn't use the indoor pools but the outside pool was nice and beach area is clean. Walking distance to a restaurant called the Lake House which was really good. Also walked to the ice cream shop next door! Easy drive to downtown Wisconsin Dells, close to everything!"
"The staff at this property was exceptional. I had several issues with my reservation through Expedia and the front desk staff was very helpful in sorting everything out. Also had brief interactions with some of the housekeeping staff, they were friendly and from all appearances do an excellent job in maintaining a clean and well kept hotel."

"All 10 of us adults and kids had such a great time. Every worker was so pleasant to be around. The Hotel Rome room was fantastic since I had 2 rooms and they adjoined each other. Price were pretty good for food and drinks. Had the rented table and umbrella - oh that was a big plus the extra money was worth the charge.
