Bit out of the away

Nice friendly staff. Everything could do with being refurbished its getting a bit worn down. Also things in the information booklet - a lot of the things listed are no longer available so this needs to be brought upto date. A regular shuttle service to down town areas would a good idea.

Former customer reviews are correct

I should have paid more heed to the reviews before making my reservation. The villa was very shabby and dirty. In fact by day 2 I asked to see the manager and take him to do a tour of the inadequacies. He agreed to do that and accepted all that I pointed out. Within 15 mins a team of staff turned up to rectify some aspects. I had intended to just stay in the villa just to relax, but the outlook and state of facilities was most depressing. Sadly I must warn prospective guests to be alert to the reviews

i was shocked to see this place in dark, not clean and so suffocating. i checked in as it was midnight as there was no other alternative. but i checked out next day and moved to other hotel. i paid for 3 nights and stayed for only 1 night. i even didnt asked my money back. i was told about fresh butler service for breakfast but instead the guy came in with already prepared breakfast in plates and OMG the amount of the breakfast - it couldnt feed my little daughter. we asked for hot milk for my daughter and he came with cold milk in glass without any any tray etc. with fingers dipped in glass. overall it washorrible experience. sorry but we have to move next day in a better hotel. i suffered a loss for 2 nights payment.

We booked this villa for use from the time we had to check out of our accommodation until our flight later that evening. The villa was private, clean and the staff very helpful. We usually would stay in an area closer to the beach, and usually stay 5 star, but it fulfilled our needs and the price was right.
