This exclusive holiday home under Reedach offers maximum comfort for a relaxed holiday. It is equipped for a maximum of 5 adults and 2 children under 12 years. 2 living rooms, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 1 kitchen and Internet Wi-Fi are available for.   On the ground floor is the spacious, stylish living room with comfortable, high-quality seating and a large modern flat screen TV. The bright wooden floor provides additional cozy warmth by underfloor heating. The subsequent bath with daylight, also with underfloor heating is exclusively equipped with a whirlpool tub and a spacious round shower with shower panel. Washstand with illuminated vanity mirror, hair dryer, wall WC and electric heated towel rails are standard.   From the spacious, modern hall you enter on the right side your uniquely decorated dining room with large, white lacquered table for up to 8 people and exclusive upholstered chairs. In an illuminated display case you will find the dishes and glasses. Before dining, the large sunny terrace is equipped with modern furniture. From there you have a beautiful view of the sprawling, landscaped grounds to the nature reserve.   Also accessible from the hall is another, smaller living / bedroom with a modern sofa bed, enough for z. B. 2 children, a wardrobe and an additional television complete the furnishings.   The opposite is also on the ground floor kitchen is equipped with a white fitted kitchen in country style. Fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob with 4 cooking zones, range hood, oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, egg cooker etc. The kitchen is very diverse with various cooking utensils. A small cozy dining area by the window overlooking the front garden completes the kitchen. From the hall a wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are the two large bedrooms with king-size bed with bedside tables, clock radio and spacious mirror cabinet. The beautiful Sellin, where our house is situated, is a UNESCO biosphere reserve Southeast Rügen with magnificent, unspoiled landscape.   After a short walk from the house the famous Wilhelmstrasse, the boulevard Sellin the historic splendor villas and the many restaurants and boutiques. At the end of the Wilhelmstrasse will bring a popular lift comfortably to the sandy main beach and the famous pier. Even the family-friendly South Beach can be reached in 15 minutes on foot, or use the historic train (with spa card for free.).   The natural in the back of plot - to relax for our guests - ends at the nature reserve. After a short walk through the Seepark you reach the fun pool & # 132; Ahoi & # 147; with water slide and large sauna area.   Shops are located in the immediate vicinity.   On arrival the beds are time surcharge of 12.50 euros already with sheets and bathroom linen is included.
