We had a lovely time staying at this property and the owners/managers were so nice. It isn’t fancy but it was comfortable and my toddler loved the yard. Would return.

We stayed here for our first trip to the Sedona area. We were super happy with the location being really close to everything. The house was very nice and clean with plenty of off street parking, Kitchen was super equipped with anything you would need. We really enjoyed the fenced backyard space and enjoyed it with are pet dog.

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was clean, quiet and a quick car trip to downtown, Cornville and Sedona. We would definitely stay here again.

Staying here was wonderful! It was a perfect home base for Cottonwood, Jerome, Sedona, Out of Africa, and more! Highly recommend! The checkin process is super easy, you get instructions and the door code and it's one of the easier processes for checkin I have had. Owner was very responsive through email for anything. We even opted to extend the stay and the owner worked with the rental company and we were given a discount. Great owners! You park in the driveway, not the garage. Once in the driveway we let the dogs in through the back gate first after making sure they couldn't get out. Had a small dog (13lbs) and a bigger dog (55lbs) and neither were at risk of getting out. Full of grass, chiminea, beautiful big trees with cute rock faces on them, grill and table under the porch. Grilled steaks perfectly on the grill! Totally comfortable back yard! Just cleanup after your dogs because they provide a trashcan for it and scoop, super easy to do. Once done with dogs in the backyard the front door is easy to get to and open with the code. Once inside a very comfortable and functional living room greets you. It felt like home. After long days of sight seeing and hiking it was great to relax on the couch or one of the two recliners and watch something. The kitchen is full of light and we cooked several times for breakfast and dinner. Stove, oven, toaster oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher... all worked as if they were your own, no issues. Due to covid-19 there were limited dishes and cooking utensils but more than enough for cooking and grilling. Had to buy a can opener but that was no big deal, very close to stores. Nice round dining table for eating is near the kitchen and back door that led to that glorious backyard described above. Laundry room off the kitchen had shelving for storage and a desk for the computer with wifi code. Perfect little station to use your computer. *Note phone service for t-mobile didn't work in the neighborhood but with wifi it worked fine. Fast wifi! Hallway bathroom with tub, everything worked perfectly! Master bedroom had decent curtains and comfortable queen bed and nightstands. Plenty of closet space and hangers. Master bathroom had shower and was stocked with bandaids and hairdryer. Water temp and pressure was great!!! Second bedroom had a comfortable smaller bed, nightstand, and closet with plenty of space. Overall I would 100% stay here again. Greatly enjoyed the experience. It felt like home.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a weekend while visiting the Jerome area, and we would definitely recommend it to anybody else looking to do the same. Although the location is a bit out of the way from any main areas, the house itself was ideal. Every room was fully stocked, from the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the bedrooms, and essentially left us with nothing to supply but our own food. It was immaculately clean, so easy to access upon arrival, and has a huge, secure backyard for a pet. With this being such a short drive from our house in Scottsdale, we plan on returning shortly for Sedona, and will not hesitate to book here again.
