"The hotel was overcrowded, and their elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry three suitcases over 50 pounds each using the escalators. To make things worse, the front desk mocked me and showed no respect at all. "Little bit of a walk to the beach but it was safe And fun to walk past the locals house’s they were all friendly and helped with directions. The Apartment was clean and plenty of space for 8 people. We will be renting the apartment for a family vacation!!! "

"We got the highest room on 8th floor after making the request. Hispanic man at front desk was very helpful and kind and called when room was ready. The hotel has been recently updated and is really nice. I loved our room. There are only 2 elevators and they are very slow. We were there Monday thru wed so can’t imagine the wait on the weekends.
