"The hotel was overcrowded, and their elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry three suitcases over 50 pounds each using the escalators. To make things worse, the front desk mocked me and showed no respect at all. On top of that, I spent the entire night without air conditioning or lights in the room due to ongoing electrical issues, according to the staff. "Terrific stay! The employee in the front office was extremely helpful. I was allowed to leave my suitcase with him since I got in extremely early. We also were allowed to use the pool before checking and given towels. Check in and out was very smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Covered parking was definitely a plus. There was a sign outside that advertised a restaurant but there was no restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to the sea wall and restaurants but not a dealbreaker. Very reasonable rates for parking for the cruise. I would use them again."
