"Breakfast buffet was soooo good, front desk ladies were so nice. Loved our room and was actually not hard to go to sleep bc the beds and pillows were comfortable, even my kid slept on the pull out bed couch. It quiet as well and the hot tub is A+. Hopefully soon they’ll have both elevators working and not just one"

"The hotel was overcrowded, and their elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry three suitcases over 50 pounds each using the escalators. To make things worse, the front desk mocked me and showed no respect at all. On top of that, I spent the entire night without air conditioning or lights in the room due to ongoing electrical issues, according to the staff.
I’m very disappointed — especially considering this is a hotel from the Hilton chain. You can probably find much better places on the...

"It was great except for the shower in the room, very low water pressure and sometimes during a shower it would almost stop completely. The staff was absolutely amazing and tried to help but I guess couldn’t get anything done but they were awesome and if not for the shower situation I’d stay every time I visited Galveston!!"
