"The hotel was overcrowded, and their elevator wasn’t working, so I had to carry three suitcases over 50 pounds each using the escalators. "Terrific stay! The employee in the front office was extremely helpful. I was allowed to leave my suitcase with him since I got in extremely early. We also were allowed to use the pool before checking and given towels. Check in and out was very smooth and easy. I would definitely stay here again."

"The room was very nice, clean and spacious. Covered parking was definitely a plus. There was a sign outside that advertised a restaurant but there was no restaurant. It’s a bit of a drive to the sea wall and restaurants but not a dealbreaker. Very reasonable rates for parking for the cruise. I would use them again."

The first room they put us in had mold on the ceiling in the room and bathroom, and the frame of the door to the adjoining room was filthy. We were next to the elevator at first so we were constantly woken up by late-night partiers coming in from the bars and yelling into the very echo-y hallway.
