"The entire Ebb Tide is a "tired" structure. The entire complex needs a major overhaul. Cracks in our tub, wear marks on the toilet... It was an ok stay for 5 nights. We kept ourselves busy so that we didn't have to stay in our room. No access to Netflix, or any other pay station on the TV. I wouldn't stay at Ebb Tide again. "Bathroom smelled like mold. When you pull open the shower curtain there was mold across the bottom and mold on the ceiling. The staff was great and friendly. Breakfast was good and kid approved. They changed it up every couple of days. The hotel design and feel is old, but to be expected for old buildings and was not a problem. The location and view was great."

"This is a very nice listing and we would stay again. We did run into issues with directions to the property- maybe because we booked third party. Check in instructions could have been clearer and there could be more kitchen utensils like tongs, a spatula, a colander, etc. I did attempt to contact the property a couple of times over the messenger service, but did not receive a response to either message."

"Everything with the property was good and it was on the beach side. The check in process is not good at all. We arrived at the hotel and there is no one working there. No office. So we were looking back at our booking notes and there was no mention of how to get into your room. We walked around a bit and there was a note hanging by the stairs that instructs guest to go to another location a couple miles away to pick up the room key. "The room is clean. The surrounding of the hotel is well maintained. The location is great, a few minutes from the main street (Broadway St). Unfortunately, no free breakfast is offered in the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it closes on Monday, which is not mentioned anywhere. Free coffee is provided in the lobby. However, it ran out when I needed. Overall, it is a good place to stay."

"Bad customer service from the higher ups, they downgraded us after finding out there is a leak in our room going to the room beneath, and they still wanted to charge me more than the full price I would’ve payed for that new room if I had booked it a month ago.
