"The condo is on the first level that has two other rentals above it. Which makes for very loud floors/ceilings! Upon arrival, I noticed quickly the floors and corners of the floors were still pretty dirty, and the cleaning wasn’t the greatest job of them…. I did wipe up a few areas just for my own sanity to live for the week. I understand the sand nearby is cumbersome and a “dirty” thing to try and always keep clean. "It was a perfect retreat to enjoy combing the beach for shells and enjoying the views. Walking and shopping the many shops in Seaside. Our access code didn’t work, but the sliding door was open so no negatives there. We locked up the same way. House was clean and well furnished. The odor of a home sitting vacant was obvious but no issue. Comfy seating and beds. Would book this one again. "

"Spacious (seriously huge!) house with beautiful views and easy access to the beach. Clean and the beds were very comfortable. House is dated but cozy. Parking area is torn up and the caution tape did not make for a great first impression. Kitchen supplies are old and unorganized but worked for our needs. We would definitely stay there again IF we stay in Seaside. Seaside seems to begetting run down and sketchy. "
