It gave a phone number to call in case of emergencies and no one answered it. It said no one was available.
So I’ve now spent $1500 to go stay there and have to fly home because nothing else was available"

"The property was under construction where people where painting and all prep literally outside our door and had to stop working to move out of our doorway whenever we would leave. I had to navigate me toddler and kids down the walkway that had wet paint and sharp building materials and toxic fumes. It was terrible. The started working right outside our window at 9am—waking everyone up."

"Staff were very kind and helpful. Room was clean and you can tell they are trying to start and update things but for $150 a night....would not recommend. Door doesn't shut well and won't lock properly, toilet broke, no hot water, paper thin walls, no shampoo/conditioner or any extra stuff. I didn't expect it but it would have been nice. Extremely poor sleep do to how loud it was."
