"ANOTHER AMAZING stay!! We truly appreciate Susan and her team. After our first stay... maybe three weeks later we were lucky to book again for a few days. So this summer, we booked twice!! The house has everything we needed for our stay, we merely packed a bag and our puppy. This beach house makes you feel welcomed and comfortable right when you walk in. Thoughtfully decorated, stocked with supplies we needed for our sleeping, showers, beach time... everything we needed for a relaxing stay....

"The house is in a great location, walkable to coffee shops and the 4th street restaurants, bars and shops. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and eat in. Lots of seating and a great outdoor area with a grill and spa. Very clean, great basket of snacks and the host was easily reachable and prompt. I would love to stay here again!"

"What I liked about the the property was it was close to the beach. It could have been cleaner than it was. Also part of the reason I get home to stay in while traveling is to cook my own meals. This property had a poor selection of pans to cook with. Other than that it was a good place to stay."

"It was average. I don't love not having hand towels. I'm not sure how it's eco-friendly to use papertowels to dry your hands. We were given an extra three towels and like other reviewers have said, very thin below-average towels that have been very well-used. The couches were very uncomfortable. The beds were fine, but no top sheet which I did not appreciate because I'm guessing they aren't washing those comforters between guests. It was in a decent neighborhood. We appreciated the kitchen...

"Really peaceful area, and the host Maria was good with communication and answering any questions I had. The bed was fantastic — much better than any hotel bed I’ve been in. Has a TV, Keurig, microwave, and decent dresser/closet space. Great South Central location to explore LA."

"Overall, the house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the showers had great water pressure, and the kitchen with its appliances worked out wonderfully for our group. It served as a decent home base for the wedding weekend we were in town attending. However, there were several practical and security issues that negatively impacted our stay. The back door leading into the sunroom is a thin door with windows that do not lock, leaving the back of the house with essentially no security. *...

"Was nice some of the kitchen utensils could use an update but mostly everything was great. Had a nice time with my family it was pleasant. The only thing was the people who were staying next door the walls are not so sound proof and parking was annoying. But that is not the host it is the people. So if someone was talking near the wall you can hear everything. But nothing major that would persuade me to not stay there besides cost since I can’t splurge on a rental so big every weekend."
