"the renovated historic home was super spacious and light filled. the A/C was great - especially considering it was a heat wave when we were in town, plus plenty of hot shower water. home easily slept 10 with 4 big bedrooms. wish 2nd bath was on main floor instead of basement, but to be expected in a historic home. super close to Ashland University and would be a great place to stay for Balloon Fest which is at the park next door. we didn't cook much, but kitchen seemed to have what would be...

"We have family live in Ashland. Great location for small kids. We love walking a lot so it’s close to our family we are visiting and even to downtown (if you really enjoy walking )."

"Came to Ohio for a whirlwind weekend that included my son's graduation from Oberlin College. With everything going on, this house was a welcome retreat out in the country with space to spread out and enjoy some downtime. Highly recommend!!!!"

"My mother turned 80 in April. I booked the Billy Pig Lodge for a trip to celebrate with her, myself, my 4 daughters, and 2 nieces. We all drove in from the Detroit MI area and found the beautiful property easily. We brought one large dog with us. Dog bowls were provided, the kitchen was well equipped and spacious. Rooms are spacious with ample seating. Everyone had their own bed and three full bathrooms to share. There is a bathroom on each level. Beds and bedding were comfortable. We enjoyed...

If you want to order a pizza for lunch. We discovered close enough to civilization for delivery! Overall perfect property to get some great rest and relaxation."

"We came to Ashland for a holiday weekend full of family get togethers and graduation celebrations. We rented this house so that our whole family could stay together. The house was clean and tidy, and the owner had put great thought into providing for her guests needs. My grandchildren loved the toys that were available. The fenced in backyard allowed us to bring our dog as well. The only downside was that there was only one bathroom. However, it’s not hard to learn to take turns."

"My friends and I take a week vacation to visit, every year. Its one of the only times I really get to see them in a given year, so we like to pick and choose from locations that are cozy, quiet, and (hopefully) not overpriced. This year we definitely picked well, and if I have any regrets its that we didn't have longer to stay."
