Located in Mansfield, this house is perfect for guests seeking a relaxing getaway. Fully remodeled in 2026 with a Gothic flair. Typically available to host 4 people however, up to 10 guests can be accommodated (see details below).

With two cozy bedrooms featuring a king bed and a queen bed, everyone can enjoy a restful night.

The king size bed will be the most comfortable bed you have ever slept on! The gothic atmosphere extends to the well-equipped bathroom, complete with linens, soap, shampoo and a hair dryer for convenience.

For more than 4 guests:
The living room floor and master bedroom floor can be used for extra sleeping space (two queen air mattresses/full air mattress respectively) should additional guests be coming.

Any guest over the 4 that are accommodated in the two provided beds, MUST
bring THEIR OWN air mattresses, bed sheets, pillows, and linens (towels, wash
cloths).

My home is located on a less-travelled road so it is fairly quiet here.

A home security system is also in place which guests can utilize. If chosen to utilize, a code will be provided after the reservation is complete.

Self check-in is offered via coded lockbox near the front door. Contact me for check-in/check-out times. I am very flexible with these to meet your needs hence no times are listed in the ad. We will work out these check-in/out times during the reservation process.

There is enough parking on site for 14+ vehicles. Guests stay comfortable year-round thanks to heating and central air conditioning.

Whether you’re unwinding after a day of exploring, rocking it out at Inkcarceration music festival, checking out Mid-Ohio sports car course, doing some ghost hunting at the old prison, or simply enjoying quiet moments inside, this unique home offers an excellent retreat.

Smoking is permitted outside the home only. Please use the provided receptacle for the butts.

Notes:
- Remodeling efforts are still under way, hence, you may notice some unfinished areas inside and outside the home. These are minor and will not affect your experience here
- Dishwasher is down. Please wash by hand. Soap and linens provided
- Laundry room is available for use but is in process of remodeling, please excuse the look/mess
- There may be some unsightly construction related messes on the grounds of the property (changes daily), please excuse these as construction activities are going on throughout the summer. No construction noises will be generated during your stay.
