Heart of Historic District Steps to Nighlife by Lucky Savannah

Youā€™ll enjoy a secured entry during your stay at this luxury condo in the heart of the Hostess City of the South. Located one block south of Broughton Street, this newly renovated property has four bedrooms and two full baths, and can comfortably accommodate up to eight Lucky guests.

This condo offers a spacious living, kitchen and dining area creating an open living environment. This space features a wall-mounted smart TV, and an ample amount of seating provides guests with plenty of space for everyone to be together!

The four spacious bedrooms are located at the back of the property for a quiet nights rest, have wall-mounted, Smart TV's and plenty of closet space, so you can unpack and settle in during your stay. There are two full bathrooms just off of the hallway, that allow guests plenty of room to get ready for their day out on the town.

Youā€™ll be steps away from the cityā€™s most sought after attractions ā€“ bustling River Street, Broughton Street shopping, Telfair Museum, Lucas Theater, the Cathedral, Forsyth Park and more ā€“ are all within easy walking distance.

Mixed Bag - Great Location

Great location. Good space for a larger group. Parking is general parking on the street for a fee, but it worked well. Make sure you get the parking app on your phone. Property manager was helpful and delivered some missing items rather quickly. This vacation rental needs to be cleaned better, especially the living room floor. There is construction going on outside the building, so I am thinking a lot of dirt gets in under the main door which has some gaps. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms and showers worked fine. Also, the room we stayed in has exposed piping on the ceiling, so we would hear water through the pipes from the apartment above. Only stayed 3 nights, so it was OK. Art work on wall seems to be missing, but these are minor details.

Too Expensive for What it is.

Positive Start: Stellar location in central location in Savannah. Equi-distant to waterfront and interior parks. The photos of the apt are totally misleading though. Itā€™s like a hostel in a railroad apartment. No windows in bedrooms and whole apartment smelled of mildew. The roof deck is not connected to apartment and was filthy. I would. It recommend cooking food on those grills. Disgusting and falling apart furniture. Finally the management company never sent us access codes for check-in and we had to call multiple times to get it. If this apartment was like $150 a night it would have been ok. At the current price itā€™s really absurd.

Everything went well! As expected, and great property. Only notes would be shelf in the shower, and the fridge outlet died so we had to plug it in on the counter. Fans in the bedroom would be nice. Thanks for a great stay!

If you are looking for only location this is your place!

We were there for a bachelorette party and the location was amazing. We were within walking distance to everything. I will say the first room that we originally booked we could not stay at because 2 days prior to arrival the property management company called and said there was a flood. They did work with us to find a new place immediately. Here are the areas for improvement: 1. when we checked in they forgot to put new pillowcases on our pillows, we did call to complain and within the hour the cleaning staff had the issue was resolved 2. There is carpet in all 4 bedrooms, i highly recommend it be ripped out and removed as its disgusting. Its dirty, has an odor, and crunchy on your bare feet....We were all very grossed out by this. 3. the cabinets were clearly not wiped down as the pulls had gunk and residue on them 4. the kitchen sink faucet was also dirty The only additional complaint was how we all felt in the apartment. There is only one small window at the entrance of the place which makes you feel like you are in a dungeon. We all felt very enclosed as opposed to having windows within each room to give it that open airy feeling. If you are only looking for location, i highly recommend this place as its an amazing location, if you are looking for a little bit more i'd suggest alternatives.

Great Location, Good Rental

We loved the location of this rental, as it was close to Broughton Street and only about 10 minutes to River Street. The apartment itself fitted the 7 of us comfortably. and everything was clean. But for me, the little things would've made it 5 stars. Better towels, art on the wall, light above kitchen table, coffee filters, kitchen cabinet that wasn't crooked, COLOR. We were satisfied, but not wowed.

Great Savannah location

We really enjoyed our stay. The place had everything we needed with plenty of rooms and you canā€™t beat the location. Itā€™s right in the middle of everything and easy to get to so many of the Savannah sites and good restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

Great L9cation!

We were within walking distance to everything and loved being on the first floor. The communication was great with management; someone is on call 24/7. I would stay there again but would hope to see the following improvements: more towel racks, soap holders in shower, additional seating in living room, and improved wifi.

Great Place

This place is great and the location is even better. The only downside is there is no designated parking space. All the shops and good dining are all in walking distance which is a plus. Can't wait to return to this location.

Great location, convenient to all the sites

The location is great and right in the middle of the city. No available parking right at the location but only two blocks away is a large parking garage. The layout of the property was a bit odd with no ensuite bathrooms and no windows in bedrooms but is perfect for a weekend with friends. The common area is perfect for hanging out and getting ready to go out

Location was awesome and within walking distance to the City Market and Broughton. Perfect for the week and never had any problems finding parking on the street near the unit. Location!

This spot was the perfect place for three couples to reunite following full vaccination. The property was fresh and clean and the location allowed us to walk everywhere, never needing to get our car out of the garage. On arrival, the air conditioner was not working but a quick call had a property rep and an AC guy there in no time! All fixed with a smile. Although we felt it was unusual the bedrooms had no windows, it enabled us getting fabulous sleep in the cool, dark, cave! The rooftop area was easily accessed and we had the area to ourselves. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Savannah surprises

Rental process and payment were seamless. I would recommend this property. Savannah is a beautiful city with so much to do. We were right in downtown historic Savannah. Never moved our car everything was in walking distance. Great location.

Okay interior, dirty exterior

The reason we were staying at the property was for a bachelorette party. And initially I loved the location and the rooftop deck. Inside was nicely decorated however when we went to the rooftop deck it was disgusting! As soon as you entered there were takeout styrofoam boxes then beer cans, old cigars no where near the overflowing trash can. To top it all off there was a old used pantyliner/pad stuck to the floor. YUCK! Inside the place, the kitchen sink did not drain correctly and was filled most of the time and one of the bedrooms white comforter had little brown spots over. Loved Savannah, but wasnā€™t impressed by our stay. I have pictures to show for the disgusting balcony/rooftop.

Great place for a girls trip

It was located walking distance from everything. Bars, restaurants, River Street and City Market were all less than a 10 minute walk from our place. There was a roof top deck that was a nice spot to relax. The apartment nice, fully stocked with sheets and towels, and the beds were super comfortable. Well worth the money!

Girls Trip

PERFECT rental for our Girl Gang trip. It was in perfect walking distance downtown. You do have to park at a garage, I recommend the one on 100 East State St. The roof top was a nice spot to pre game before your night out. Plenty of room for 8 girls to sleep and 2 bathrooms were great and roomy enough for all of us to get ready.

Good but not ideal

Weird things were off with the place. There is No soap dishes in shower either shower we had to keep soap and such on the floor. The floor plan and layout did not flow well. There is no couch and only 3 chairs but sleeps 8. Im the single bed room. The closet doors can not be fully opened. They hit the single bed so using them was awkward. Overall management was nice but you can tell not much thought went into the property. It wasgood but wasnā€™t comfortable
