NOTICE: Please be advised that there is an ongoing roofing project scheduled to continue through end of July 2025. Work will take place Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM, with occasional Saturday work. While there may be some noise during the initial tear-off phase, the remainder of the work will be quieter. We want to assure you that the beach access and all of our amenities will be fully open and ready for you to enjoy throughout the project!

The second master bedroom boasts a king sized bed, TV, huge balcony off of one side and a Florida room with a 6 person hot tub off of the other side (one of only two units in the building with the additional Florida room)

The guest bedroom has a queen sized bed and TV. All of the bedrooms have new furniture and top quality linens. There is a queen sized air mattress for additional sleeping for two people (not a sofa sleeper).

THE AREA

This quiet slice of heaven is so unique in that it feels nice and secluded, yet is close to so much. The building is situated so close to the ocean that you feel like you are on a cruise ship!!

There is a grocery store right across the street and many attractions nearby. The complex is located 20 minutes from Melbourne Airport, 15 minutes from the Cocoa Beach Pier, 10 minutes to Indialantic, and an hour away from the Orlando Airport and Disneyworld.

🐾 Please Note: While dogs are welcome in this condo, the beach directly in front of the building is not pet-friendly. However, there are several dog-friendly beach spots just a short drive away—perfect for an oceanside walk with your pup!
