Pet Policy:

We know that your pet is part of your family! That's why we allow 1 small pet per booking, as long as the animal is trained to do its business in the appropriate place.

There is an additional charge for your pet, which must be included in the number of guests. The fee is R$150,00.

We are on the 15th floor of Clube XV, the best building on the Santos waterfront, right in front of the sea. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an open-plan kitchen integrated with the living room, and a large balcony with a side view of the sea (screened).

The main bedroom has a queen bed and air conditioning.

The second bedroom has a single bed and a fan.

The living room features a new sofa bed (sleeps up to 2 people), a 32" TV (local channels and cable), and air conditioning.

The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner induction cooktop, microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, pots, and basic utensils — ideal for small meals. Bed linens and towels are not provided.

Recommended sizes: Queen bed (25 cm high), standard single (25 cm high), queen bed (flat sheet, no elastic), and for the sofa bed. Please bring your own bath and beach towels as well.

Please be mindful with children, especially in the common areas.

In addition to the apartment, guests have access to the building's leisure area, which includes a rooftop pool with a panoramic view and a small gym.

We allow one small pet per reservation. The animal must be accustomed to relieving itself in an appropriate place. There is an additional fee, so it is important to include the pet in the total number of guests at the time of booking.
