PERSONAL CARE / HYGIENE PRODUCTS

Upon your arrival, you’ll find every bed made with one set of clean sheets and one bath towel and one hand towel for each guest. We do not provide beach towels. If lost, we will charge for replacement. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.

Weekly Housekeeping Service for general cleaning of the home will be conducted Every Monday Starting 10am.

This does not include laundry or cleaning of personal belongings.

CLOTH LINENS, BATH TOWELS, TABLE RUNNERS, KITCHEN TOWELS, AMENITIES AND CARPETS MUST BE LEFT AS WE PROVIDE TO YOU. ANY STAINS OR DAMAGES THAT CAN’T BE CLEANED AFTER CHECK OUT WILL BE CHARGED EXTRA TO REPLACE THE DAMAGED ITEM.

TRASH GUIDELINES

As needed, please take all trash out front, and leave it at the apartment front door, it will be collected by HOA service at 9am and 4pm.

AC INSTRUCTIONS

To use the AC we suggest use this configuration:

1= Turn on AC system – the remote is on the wall
2= Set Desired Temp
--- RECOMMENDED: no lower than 72F, no higher than 77F

Any temperature beyond our recommendation may damage the AC system.
You will be responsible to pay for any repairs in this case.

HOUSEKEEPING STORAGE

Our home has an owner/housekeeping storage closet that is locked inside of the home and DESIGNATED AS PRIVATE. We ask you please do not enter or try to open these closed spaces as they are reserved just for our staff and the homeowner.

CHECK OUT PROCEDURES
BEFORE YOUR CHECK OUT PLEASE:

- Place the trash in designated area
- Make sure all personal belongings are together
- Leave the keys on the dining room table
- Close the door firmly behind you

After Check-out: Housekeeping will arrive at the home approximately at 12pm to begin cleaning.
