"Loved the place, location and easiness of the booking and communication with host. Just a quick thing to keep in mind is this is a basement apartment. With the host living in the main house. I have a one year old so we wake up early either way, but a friend we were with was bothered by kids in the main house at 7am waking him up. Host did say quiet time is from 11pm-7am. "
