The bottom floor features a renovated fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and two bedrooms. The primary bedroom offers a king bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, while the second bedroom includes a queen bed and custom-built twin bunks. The guest bath features a tub/shower combo.
On the second floor, a spacious living area awaits, boasting two seating areas, including a large sectional couch. An additional refrigerator with an ice-maker enhances convenience, accompanied by a sink and microwave for easy snacking. The primary bedroom on this level presents a king bed and en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom features a queen bed and custom-built adult-sized twin bunks, with the guest bath offering a tub/shower combo. Recently remodeled, all four bathrooms showcase updated features, complemented by new flooring throughout the entire home as of January 2023. Please note that "Wave Whisperer" is a non-smoking rental.
