Located in the heart of Blue Mountain Beach, this brand-new build offers an elevated 30A experience designed for larger groups seeking space, style, and effortless luxury.



Thoughtfully designed with both comfort and connection in mind, Prescription for Paradise features a spacious five-bedroom main home, complemented by a two-bedroom carriage house, creating the ideal setup for multi-generational families, group getaways, or friends traveling together. This layout allows everyone to gather with ease while still enjoying the privacy and flexibility that makes extended stays feel seamless.



Step inside the main home and you’re immediately met with a sense of effortless coastal sophistication. Warm textures, intentional design details, and an airy layout create a space that feels both elevated and inviting. The home flows naturally from one gathering space to the next, making it easy to linger over morning coffee, come together for meals, or relax after long days spent at the beach. The kitchen is both functional and beautiful, designed to handle group meals with ease while still feeling like a place people want to gather. BEACH ACCESS

Three public beach accesses a short distance from the home:



1. Gulfview Heights Beach Access is located 3 miles east of the intersection of Scenic 393 and Scenic 30A (Gulf Place). Turn south off Scenic 30A by Goatfeathers Seafood restaurant at Gulfview Heights street, then 1/4 mile to the gulf. This access has parking, restrooms, showers, picnic tables with shelter, and lifeguards during peak season.



2. Ed Walline Regional Beach Access is located at the intersection of Scenic 393 and Scenic 30A in Santa Rosa Beach, just across the street from Gulf Place rentals, shopping, and dining. This access is ADA accessible, and has two picnic shelters, parking, restrooms, and beach wheelchairs and lifeguards during peak season. Ed Walline Regional Access is unique among SoWal accesses with a two-story viewing platform overlooking the beach and gulf - a great place to spot surfers and dolphins.



3. Shellseekers Beach Access is a simple walkover at the end of Shellseekers Cove about one block south of Scenic 30A and a few blocks east of the Scenic 393 intersection at Gulf Place. It may be the most well hidden access in SoWal.



BLUE MOUNTAIN COMMUNITY HIGHLIGHTS:

Locally owned shops, bike paths, and friendly gathering places add to the community feel, making Blue Mountain the perfect escape for those seeking an authentic, unhurried 30A experience.



-Just a short bike or golf cart ride away is Gulf Place. A beach neighborhood where inspiration waits around every corner. Whether you’re a beach bum, foodie, shopper, or art lover, you’ll find your passion here. From live music venues to innovative art spaces, there’s a whole world to explore. Start your morning off right with a latte and sweet treat from Sunrise Coffee Co. After a walk along the shore or a quick dip in the gulf, grab a refreshingly cold local beer at Growler Garage. From Alabama ales to Florida sours, this local favorite brings brews to the beach.



When it’s time to head to dinner, Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar’s fresh gulf seafood and views are unparalleled. And don’t forget to save room for dessert! Satisfy your sweet tooth with a Southern praline or waffle cone from Pecan Jack’s Ice Cream & Candy. Cava & Cakes and Shelby’s Beach Bar & Grill offer additional (and picture-perfect) sweet and savory favorites to round out your dining experience.

-Flying in from out of town instead of driving? Flying into ECP (Panama Beach City) airport is a 50 minute drive to the house. Flying into VPS (Destin airport) is a 40 minute drive.



HOUSE RULES

*Check-In: After 4PM | Check-Out: Before 10AM

*Must be 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian that is staying on premises.

*No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited including back porch/deck. 

*No parties or events. 

*Complimentary golf cart can only be operated by guests over 25 years of age who provide verification. Rental agreement requires a valid driver's license and proof of existing auto insurance coverage.

*Private Heated Pool With Spa **Pool heating is available for an additional fee of $50/day. Pool & spa are heated together. Must be heated for duration of stay.  If selected, it must be requested 48 hours prior to check in and paid before the heater will be turned on.

*During busier times and due to limited infrastructure, internet connectivity may be affected. No refunds will be given for connection issues no wifi, or slow wifi.

*Home must remain pet free.



IMPORTANT PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

All guests will be required to sign a rental agreement, as well as provide a valid ID that matches with the name of the person that made the reservation which includes: 1) a photo of your government issued ID such as a driver’s license and 2) a "selfie".
